Restorative Eye Pillows are a luxurious way to rest and soothe tired eyes. They are filled with a mix of grains and flax seed and a hint of doTerra essential oils. They are intended to be placed over the eyes to block light and give a slight weight that aids in relaxation and gives your eyes a soothing rest! You may also heat lightly in the microwave (15-30 seconds) or place in the freezer for 10+ minutes (a boon to my own struggle with headaches and migraines.) Do not wash or submerge in water.
