The Olsen mask includes a filter pocket and nose piece, with the option to add on adjustable straps.  This pattern is considered to be "Hospital Approved" because it was in fact the most requested pattern by hospitals for their health care workers when N95's were so scarce.

A great option for those who are at higher risk and need to add a filter/additional layer of protection.
