We do not collect information from your purchase to sell to other parties. Buyer assumes all responsibility for safe and proper use of Longacre Manufacturing products. Longacre Manufacturing will not be liable for any damage or injury that may result from the use of the products we sell.

The freedom to use fireworks in the future depends on responsible use today. Please read all safety instructions on any firework products you use and never let children use firework products without adult supervision.

Orders are shipped within one or two business days (M-F). If shipping of an order is delayed you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to cancel and a full refund will be issued to your credit card.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused items for a full refund of the purchase price excluding the cost of shipping. Send an email to the address below or call to make arrangements for a product return within 14 days of your purchase (do not return product without contacting us first). After we receive your unused returned product we will issue a refund to the credit card that was used to make the purchase within three business days after receiving the unused returned product.
