18131CR-5.75 medium tack dicing tape consists of a blue transparent plasticized PVC-film coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive laminated in a clean room to a non-contaminating liner.
The product is designed for excellent stability under various conditions of processing. It has an ideal adhesion level to keep wafers in place during wafer dicing, and has an excellent deformation behavior and elongation to allow ideal stretching during wafer processing.
